About the Artist

My name is Kirsten Babuik. I am a 24
year old English Education major, 
and have been drawing for as long as 
I can remember. Of course, I had my beginnings 
in crayon and marker, but I have begun to 
learn about newer and more interesting 
mediums.

As long-time competitive horse-back rider, 
I find an incredible amount of artistic 
inspiration within the equine world. Many 
of my works are based on Morgans, while others 
are random attempts to replicate the spirit of 
the Horse.

Although this site is not finished, all 
my pieces will SOON be pictured on the main 
page! Most of these will be considered for 
sale as originals.  I also do commissions in 
pencil, charcoal, conte, pastel, or a combination 
of a variety of those mediums.
